Always have your cell phone near you at night, when you go to bed.

  • Many times burglars cut the home phone line when they break in, making it impossilbe for you to call 911.
  • This is also a good time to re-charge your cell phone.

Program I.C.E. into your cell phone who to contact.

( I.C.E. means, In Case of Emergency)

  • In the event you lose your cell phone or are unconscious from and accident: the police, fire-fighters and emergency first responders will know who you are or who to nitofy.


Vehicles that have a remote to unlock the vehicle door usually have a panic button on them.

  • Pressing this can bring attention to your area by neighbors or others.


Always ask for identification when servicemen / workmen come to your home.

  • It's always a good idea to validate who is in your home.
  • It's a good idea to be talking on the phone to a friend or family member while you are checking on a service worker's ID. Make surethe person you are talking to is aware of what is going on.

At least once a year, you and your familoy should take a Self-Defense Workshop. You change the oil in your vehicle periodically.

  • You and your loved ones are worth more than a vehicle!
